  1. 1. What happens to my survey feedback?

    Your survey feedback will be shared with the MINI Centre concerned and BMW Group UK. This is only to ensure we continue to improve our standards of customer care.


  2. 2. I don't want my survey feedback sent to the MINI Centre – what should I do?

    Before submitting your survey, tick the box stating that you wish your feedback to remain anonymous. Any survey comments you make will not be shared with the MINI Centre by BMW Group UK.


  3. 3. What happens if I have an enquiry or complaint?

    Our Customer Service team may contact you in the event of an enquiry or complaint based on your survey feedback. Alternatively, before submitting your survey, tick the box requesting contact from the MINI Centre who can assist you with your enquiry or complaint.


  4. 4. I don't wish to receive any further emails from BMW Group UK regarding Customer Satisfaction. What do I need to do?

    On the email you were sent, there's an 'Unsubscribe' link. Please click this link, follow the instructions and no further customer satisfaction survey emails will be sent to you. If you wish to be removed from all marketing activity from BMW Group UK, you'll need to contact the MINI Customer Information team on 0800 0836 464.
